The Image Verification System will provide two things:\r\n1. A mechanism for users to search for images that are legal for us to use. These can be images that have a Creative Commons commercial license or images that are sourced from an image repository that we have a license to (USAToday).\r\n2. A mechanism for users to upload an image in order to determine if the specific image has a high or low legal risk if we use it.\r\n\r\nGeneral Requirements\r\n1. The website will use the templates (contained [url removed, login to view]). This contains HTML and CSS files that provide skeleton for the site. This will be provided once we\'ve selected a freelancer\r\n2. The server-side functionality should be implemented with standard PHP.\r\n3. The template is mobile optimized (RWD). Additional UI elements will maintain the ability to render appealingly on all devices.\r\n4. The completed website will be deployed to a server that we will provide access to. It will be verified to be fully functional by the developer.\r\n\r\nDetailed requirements are in the attached word document.
