Website template for financial site

I require a very simple website design along the lines of www.k2feeonly.com. I require this for my clients who have provided me with a couple of colors that they'd like to see used in the design.
As you can see it's a very simple design, we already havet he logo of the company ready so all that's needed now is a site design. I need this done urgently. Moreover, reusability is not a problem, if you have designs that you have used in the past and which can be changed/adjusted to meet our requirements, i'd be happy to buy them from you. Alternatively, if you think you can modify an open source design to suit our needs, then that is acceptable as well.
Even though this is an urgent requirement, I understand that such things take time. All I ask is that you be able to show me work in progress within 48 hours of being accepted.
Please make sure you provide me with atleast one sample before you place a bid.
