Very Easy 1 Page Simple Project -- Quick Money for very little work: need this done today

This is the first part in possibly obtaining a new client. Whoever is chosen will get first dibs on doing the actual template customization job which will be super easy as all the programing and for the most part layout will be done -- and you will be paid $200 just for customizing (changing colors, words, pictures) and uploading the site. I am looking to establish a long term relationship as I often have many projects and if we work well together, can provide you consistent projects -- at least a few each week/month. The max for this one page project is $15USD (+ $5 toward GAF fee if you are not a gold member)-- I am paying out of pocket and do not have the client yet. I will send you a jpg of the template we like and we just need you to replicate it but change the color scheme/pictures/and text. This will be the mock up.
