? Uploading Content: Uploading the Content as per the clients requirement from the different countries on their respective sites ([url removed, login to view]) as per the Sony Ericsson rules and regulations. Need to check the HTML coding, Image formats etc.
? Timelines: Sending the estimation timeline for orders and completing the order within the estimated timeline (as per the “Service Level Agreement”) with quality.
? Lead team: As per the estimation assigning tasks in team to everyone as per the priority and getting things done from them.
? Quality Check: Verification of the code/content uploaded by team. There should be no errors remained on site, before replying to the end customer.
? Meetings & Reports: Creating reports for the meetings as how much work is done and how much is remaining and when it will be done in estimated timeline. This status will be sent to the customers time to time.
? Status Report: To keep the customers updated on the status of their requests.
? Technical Aspects: Collecting points from the team regarding the defects or something which is affecting to productivity. Investigate on it and create reports on them and reporting these defects to the technical team.
? Coordination with other teams: Coordinating with other teams (Functional Support Team, Testing, Config & Technical Team) regarding the defects, explaining the functionality of our site (the behaviors of site). Once the code is updated need to check with Technical team what are the changes done and co-ordinate with the Testing team for the same. Once tested on the testing site then only it will be fixed on live site.
? Documentation: Creating process documentation for the new processes and updating the documentations, if required. Documentation for the better ways of doing things faster. Documents for increasing the productivity.
? Testing new Environments: Testing the newly added features on testing site (this is a developing environment). If any defects found then need to create detailed report on it and need to get it fixed by the developers
