theme template design

I would like to start off with Template# 11607 [url removed, login to view] redisign. I want something simple and not too much [url removed, login to view] colors I would like to have mostly on the website are red and blue.

The home page I would like "Afro-Caribbean Mystic Science" in bold letters. In the middle I would like of the home page we I would like "Career, Love, Money, Health, Good Luck, Balance your body, Spiritualiy, and more...." listed in two colums with bullets. I would like one picture on the top right hand corner of the page (see attachment) Pick any picture of your choice.

We are just using that theme ass a reprentation of what the client wants we have not purchased it we can of you like but we would just like someone to make this type of theme with the colors and graphics the client wants
