Reskin a Proxy Site

Note: You are essentially only reskinning 1 page, so this is not hard.

Looking for someone to reskin proxyparadise.com. As the name suggests, it is a proxy site, but I want it to be somewhat paradise themed – so maybe a palm tree somewhere, a drawing of a beach in header, a paradise-styled logo, whatever you want to imagine.

The most important thing is the site has to look VERY web 2.0 style and has to be simple – cannot be cluttered. Layout can stay relatively the same. Designer should also apply skin to Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and About/Contact page which are at bottom (currently the pages are just in plain text when you click on it).

Also, I want there to be a space underneath the toolbar where I can sell more adspace. The buttons also must be web 2.0. As you can see, under the “url” thing, there are some ads – I want the designer to integrate them better color scheme / and layout wise. One small thing too – when I edit [url removed, login to view], I can edit the links on the toolbar easily just by editing the code. This function must remain.

Color schemes are very important to me, so just show me what you have. After designer is done, ads must be very easily changeable. User MUST provide me with template afterwards so I can add pages in the future by myself.
