phpBB 2.X template based on existing design

A small project where a complete set of phpBB 2.x templates are to be created, matching the design of (and using recognizable elements from) the following website: [url removed, login to view]

The template set is to be made in such a way that you don't really get the feeling that the forum isn't an embedded part of the rest of the website. The menu of [url removed, login to view] is always to be displayed on the left side (through an iframe). And the forum templates must be created in such a way that they naturally fit inside the white box attached in the attached [url removed, login to view], not widening the page at all! phpBB menu elements (such as login etc) may be placed such as indicated in image2.jpg.

The stylesheets attached may be used as a basis, but html form elements such as inputs, and texteareas and selects must be changed to better fit the design!

Experience with phpBB templates is a must for bidding for this project!
