Magento Homepage Edits

We want somebody to edit our Magento homepages.
We would like this to be done for two of our websites.
What we want is multiple squares with photos that link to our catalogue pages.
We do not have all of the pictures, so we need someone to create a CMS page where we can add the photos.
We also need room to add photos/homepage categories in the future.
