Lead Generation Designer for Landingpages and Websites - long term position

Hi, i am looking for a super commited designer who has experience with designing landingpages and websites that generate leads (people enter name and email adress) and sales. You have an awesome opportunity to grow as a team member of a highly successful internet marketing company, based in germany. I need you to be super focused, highly motivated and ONLY design for Results. You understand that design should NEVER draw attention to itself but only enhance the copy or the call to action on the page. Ideally you are super interested in Conversion Numbers so that you can see how well your design converts. You have a ton of creative, fresh new idead that you want to test in the REAL world based on mesurable and specific results. You understand that a landingpage is NEVER done but can always be improved, tested again, impreoved, tested again... You have enough free time to start right now because we have a ton of urgent projects that need to be done.
