Graphic designer needed to create clean, classy, modern site

I need an awesome graphic designer who can create a clean, modern and classy looking website (but a funky one) that loads fast, looks great and eyecatching (see the styles I like in the attachment). I will get someone else to program it in Wordpress, but I need a fantastic design that is professional but also modern. I've attached two documents: 1) all the elements needed on the front page (and the template for the enter site) as well as 2) the colours/logos/themes etc I like. PLesae note, these are just elements that need to be there. If you have a better idea for layout, I'm happy to hear it! The blog can look a little different, but must still match the overall site and I'll need a matching Facebook like page graphic and twitter skin be created to match the site. Each link will describe one of my (about 10) websites and must use those colours/logos, but the theme will remain the same as the overall website. I will provide detailed instructions for everything from the contact page to the media page. Please do not bid if you cannot point me to at least three of your website designs. All files will have to be provides as psds or .ai files. My budget for this is $150 max.
