I want to design a website for freelancer services like freelancers websites , and you should able to do these points:
1-High Graphical User interface (logo , banners,.....)
2- login interface for the (employers / freelancers
3- feedback - Rating - Review options for both employers / Freelancers
4- 10% will be deducted from both freelancer / employer in case the project accepted and affect direct my credit card or bank account
5- free (basic membership plan) and another 2 plans (1 with subscription fees 5$ per month) , (2nd with subscription fees 10$ per month).
6- bidding system
7-profiles (skills, feedback , portfolio and awards).
8- there should be many payments options (direct bank transfer , Paypal, credit card ) 2 way synchorizations
6- highlight bids with fees
7- make the project feature or urgent with fees
8- this website should be ranked in google 1st pages and other networks (Full SEO should be white hat)
9- social networks availability (Facebook & twitter)
10- projects status reports and finance reports for the freelancers & employeers
11- website administration by your company and updates should be by you too.
12- full project plan should be direct after you bid or during bidding with time frame for every thing even the seo plan
the final budget will be 500$ with milestones and expert freelancers only should bid.
