I built a basic website layout for a school project. You can see it at lottoretail.com. I'm looking in to making it an actual functional site. The site revolves around me getting many advertisers who pay me for every time somebody watched there ad. Basically, users watch the ads to earn credits and use the credits to try and win products. It's like like all of the watch ads and make money site I've seen because they don't need to give a credit card number or phone number to sign up. The more in depth part is the way people actually win the products. Every product has a "value" that i would set, but the users cannot see that value. For example an iPod might be worth 1000 credits and all of the users put their credits towards that iPod until it reaches that 1000 credits. Whoever gets lucky and pays that 1000th credit wins the iPod. The amount of credits needed to win that product will be based on how expensive it cost me to buy it and how much money i can get from the advertisers. The more money i can get from them the lower credit value i can give to the products.
The main problem is I don't know how to go about getting people to advertise on a site that has no subscribers.
