173228 Custom Web Design and Cart

I need a custom graphic website for my digital ebooks and media business. I require a brand new design including corporate identity and a new logo. I'm open to ideas and I would prefer a college style theme or somthing visually appealing. (I do NOT wish to have any basic template layout as I have 100s of them) I would also require a shopping cart which is easy to add/remove items with PayPal integration. Again, I am open to ideas (Oscommerce, Zencart,Virtuemart, etc). The most important element is graphics and design. I do not wish to impose too many restrictions and as I would leave the creative details to the coder/designer. Logo design : Up to 5 concepts to choose from Website/Layout : Up to 3 concepts to choose from. Would expect designer/coder to give suggestions to what themes,colour choices to use for our branding and why. Im looking for professional providers with strong experience and expertise in all of the above areas. Please provide a portfolio for us to preview. I would not be able to consider if I am unable to view previous work. Time Line: I'm not on an agressive timeline and I'm flexible. Quality comes first. I wouldn't expect it to take longer than 2 months Experience with SEO and web 2.0 standard is an added plus. We have strong growth plans, which involves the design of books, manuals, another separate e-commerce website and an update of the above site. (This is my 2nd big web project) Therefore, several further follow-up projects are possible if interaction and outcome is above expectations. Payments terms: I would prefer 50% escrow on start, release at half completion and 50% escrow and final payment on completion.
