91539 Change colors of Drupal site.

I have a Drupal site with a custom made theme. I need someone with Drupal and graphic design experience to change the colors and background of the site to make it look nice. I have some ideas in mind of what it should look like, but I'm not artistic enough to do this myself. The project would involve changing 1 css file and a few gif files. I would also like to be able to check your progress and make a couple revisions if necessary. An old version of the site, with a current version of the theme applied is at [login to view URL] I need all font colors changed, a texture applied to the background, and the colors of the containers and menus changed.
