Periodically we contract evaluation projects for our web site portfolio to be reviewed for overall performance and potential red flags.
Example:
Years ago we ran a site where important spiders were exluded from the robots file. We took months to realize.
There are technical, layout, SEO, server and other performance measures that we want to be reviewed.
Final product should be a thorough report of where we need to tackly issues that hurt our performance that we might not have discovered.
The most common sense and most practical offer will win.

O.K. - this first bidding round was disappointing. We are not looking for any generic information. We want to know what you are planning to do, what exactly you offer to make this work a success. What are the steps you would take.
Search Engine Optimization is the easy part and we rank #1 for many of our keywords (major: 1+2 at Google out of 9mio) sometimes.
Yet, we have the feeling that we can do better but we need real specialists here. So, we don't need someone doing keyword and description tag analysis or anything basic like that!
Any offer that reads WE CAN DO THAT or CAN BE DONE without any detail is outright stupid and we will not even consider!
