I own a real estate brokerage and I currently pay an outside company a monthly fee for an online transaction manager. I would love for someone to design a similar program for me to use. You can see what I use at [url removed, login to view] The program I am looking for certainly does not have to be this elaborate, actually I dont want it this elaborate. Basically what I am looking for is something that each of my agents that work for my company can log in to (but that I could have control over what part of the program is visible to them-via a checklist that I could fill in what they could see and what not) The flow of my company is:
receive a client who buys or sells a house
enter all the pertinent info on that client, name, adress, etc.
enter all the info on the property they are buying
enter all the info on the mortgage co.,inspection co, title co.,etc
have a checklist attached to each client which lists all the paperwork my company requires be turned in for a transaction. As each piece of paperwork is turned in I, as the manager, can go in a "check" it off. This would be visible to the agent whos buyer or seller this is so that they know what paperwork they are missing.
I also need a tab that could be "clicked" on to retrieve forms that I have downloaded and made available for each agents use. E
Each client's file must have the capability to be closed out once the property closes but the information much remain in the program for follow up in the future. Perhaps tabs on which a date could be set to send out various cards such as "happy 1st anniversary on your home" card., etc.
