We need a simple neat design for a new site.

PLEASE READ THE WHOLE POST BEFORE BIDDING - THE JOB IS SIMPLE BUT THE DESCRIPTION ISN'T!

The site runs a script and the content of the members' area is "dynamic" in that it shows search results and things like that. The site uses Smarty for templates. You will not have to do any script integration or similar things.

The main goal for the best bidder is to simpky design the following:

- website structure template(within which we will include the site content)

- homepage

- layout for tables

- layout for forms

We need you to use style sheets.

The site currenty has a structure and layout that you can use for reference, althought we are looking for something a little bit more neat and professional looking.

Overal the job is very small as the number of things you'll be asked to design is very limited.

- Home page

- standard page template (ex. [url removed, login to view])

- [url removed, login to view] page

- standard table layout (ex. [url removed, login to view])

- standard form layout (ex. [url removed, login to view])

- navigation menu for multipage pages (ex. Page 1,Page 2,page 3 as in [url removed, login to view])

We need a CSS so we can quickly adapt your work to the rest of the website.

We want the site to be fixed size horizontally and stretchable vertically (to allow for different length content).

We would also prefer a tableless layout for the website structure, but it's not a priority.

A few notes on the website:

- almost all pages will have room on the left hand side for a skyscraper (160 pixels). There are a few exeptions, ex the home page and [url removed, login to view]). We need to mantain the current structure of (in order from top to bottom)

You do not have to design the look of every single page but just 2 (homepage and standard template). The rest of the job is not a full page design but just a good css layout that we can implement ourselves in the rest of the site.

As for the design we are looking for, it will have to be almost "corporate" like, very simple and professional.

Web 2 style is OK.

Look at these two samples:

Now, we don't want copies or anything like that. That was just to show you what we're looking for.

You are free to come up with any design that we approve of.

Only thing is we'll need to incorporate the flash presentation we already have and you can see in the homepage.

The ideal bidder:

- has some feedback for past projects

- has a portfolio of at least 5 websites, of which at least 1 should be in line what what we are requesting (corporate neat look)

- can work quickly

- speaks good English

- can be reached via IM and phone

This auction:

- you will need to PM us first and show your interest in the project, providing some background info on your work and links to your portfolio

- we will give you the link to our website

- you will get back to us with a quote and a mock page

This project is urgent so please only bid if you have time to complete the work in 7 days or so.
