Build a website, with mysql data base

It will have a admin area... I would also like to share this data base so that when I update it with new tapes they will post on my other website Http://[url removed, login to view] I just had to upgrade and move to a new server and I'm having issues....
This website will include...
Pages must be able to be found in Google Search
Website Design
Admin area to upload mp3
Mp3 player for users to listen to mp3's
area so users can search for there favorite tape
Must have a .dwt master template so I can update pages easily
Designed so I can add my Google ad-sence ads into it easily....
Would be nice if I can transfer the 371 tapes I have at [url removed, login to view] OLD WEBSITE to this new database so i don't have to upload them again
