Turn a web template into a functional website - FAST!

The person who was in charge of this project was fired today. Most of the work she had done left with her. We need someone to take a purchased web template with 80% filled in with our data and turn it into a functional site. We have many thousands of postcards that will hit custoemrs on Monday and NO website for them to land on. It is mostly a tweak job.
