268573 Website Menu Tidy Up

I run the website [login to view URL] 5 years ago this site was designed for us and the programmer of the time used flash. I am not keen on flash and I would like the menus at the top re-designed as drop down menus as on www.web.com. I would also like someone to make sure all the file names are in lower case and check ALL links. I figure this is a 3-6 hour job. Maybe less if you are quick. The tasks in detail are - Remove the flash menu bar below the header at top of the screen. Leave the header bar (with the bahamas islands on the right and the changing context graphic on the left) in place - Replace the menu bar with 5 text based menus with drop down sub headings as on [login to view URL] - these do not need to be complicated and can be text. The top-level / default menu should jump to the first submenu. Use a dark blue colour that matches the site. Keep the small square white-bordered graphics to the left of each text menu. - Add a 6th menu to the left of the above 5 menus which says "Home", there is no need for a drop down in this menu. - The front page needs a quicky tidy too. Remove the flash menu at the bottom and put the new menus at the top. You make have to move elements of this front page around to make it fit with the menus above. - check all file names are lower and check all links work. I have had problems with this in the past when it was converted from a windows platform. - Replace the mail to form code on the contact page to the contact used as on [login to view URL] - upload all changes to www.bahamasvilla.org. You can make changes live on this site as its not heavilly visited The site is hosted on a php/linux environment with GoDaddy I am looking for a 1 man consultant not a team. Must be good english, have MSN and be reliable. PLs send in your response the sites you have personally worked on. Lots more work if this goes well.
