For pricing, the length of a call - chiefly in English or if Czech/Slovakian initiator maybe Czech/Slovakian - varies between 4-5 minutes and 12-15. Then some of the information is recorded along the call, but there is an extra 5 minutes that you take on admin. The amount of calls - now in the season, and at this time, as I only have one major client - is 30ish per month.
Calls needs to be done within a given time frame (24 hrs) but chiefly in business hours 9-17 (upto 19hts is not a problem, especially if the move/request seems urgent). Not on weekends - yet!
