Virus that seems to come through an unknown Plugin over and over

1. no one, so far, was able to resolve this. It seems when the site is being scanned, after a backup, has been restored the virus is gone and can not be found. It seems there is a plugin amongst the way to many plugins (56) I have there is one that seems like a channel for a Virus. Two programmers through Freelancer and another site have not managed to solve this problem. My site is hosted via Siteground and I have actually made a manual backup when the Virus was live. So you can easily recreate the scenario.
2. In Instagram I can not add new products when I do a post. There appears a message that says I should check my permissions. I dont know where and how and would like to be guided how to do it as this also reappears on a regular basis.
