Urgent WordPress Malware Cleanup

My WordPress site has been flagged by Google Safe Browsing, so I need the infection removed and the warning lifted as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, I have no recent backup and I cannot give direct FTP or hosting-panel access. Because of that, I’ll need you to handle the cleaning through methods that work inside the WordPress dashboard (for example, a security plugin or a guided script that I can install for you).
