We want somebody who creates a tool that will allow us to scrape 6 different web pages. We want the scraping script and instructions on how to operate them, we are not looking for results only.
We need to scrape 6 different pages, some of them have captcha so we can use a service like:

Steps of scraping vehicle infractions:
1) We have a list of vehicles plates
2) We need to scrape each plate on each jurisdiction
3) Results are saved in CSV
4) PDF files for each infraction are also saved locally.
