Website Overhaul Using New Template

I already have a brand-new template in hand and I want my entire site rebuilt around it. Every existing page—front-end layout, styling, navigation, and underlying features—needs to be replaced so that the live site mirrors the template precisely. No section of the current build is off-limits: I don’t plan on keeping any legacy code, components, or workflows. Final delivery will be the fully deployed, bug-free site that matches the template in design and behavior, ready for public use and easy future maintenance.
