University Fee Automation System

Our university is moving away from cash counters and manual ledgers to a modern, fully automated fee-collection workflow. The single non-negotiable is a seamless online payment gateway that accepts domestic and international cards and instantly issues receipts to students once a transaction clears. Students should be able to log in with their enrolment number, view any outstanding balance, pay online, and download a receipt on the spot. On the finance side, staff need an admin panel where they can define programme-specific fee structures, apply scholarships or late fines, and watch real-time dashboards of who has paid and who still owes. Automated invoices and email/SMS reminders would be great additions, but they remain optional if they complicate the first release—the priority is getting the online payment gateway working flawlessly.
