I run a business that supplies several independent retailers and I now need a purpose-built CRM to keep every relationship organised in one place. The core of the system must let me store each retailer’s profile, log every interaction, and quickly see our history so I can respond to issues or opportunities right away. On top of that relationship layer, I would like a simple dashboard that captures daily sales figures. I do not need deep monthly trend analysis yet—just the ability to enter or import today’s numbers and view them against previous days so I can spot sudden dips or spikes. Timely communication is also critical. Whenever an order is dispatched, delayed, or a payment reminder is due, I want an automated SMS to go straight to the retailer’s phone. If you prefer to build this on Twilio, Nexmo, or a similar gateway, let me know; I’m open to whichever service you find most reliable and cost-effective. My ideal workflow looks like this: • Create or update a retailer record, including contact details and negotiated terms. • Enter that day’s sales or import them from a CSV. • The CRM associates those numbers with the correct retailer, updates the daily totals, and keeps a running log. • Any trigger I define—such as low stock, overdue invoice, or new promotion—fires off an SMS without me touching a thing. I am happy for you to build with a mainstream stack (Laravel, Django, Node, or similar). What matters is that the interface stays clean and the system can scale later for extra modules like monthly analytics or email marketing. Deliverables: 1. A web-based CRM with secure login. 2.
