All NSE and BSE listed stocks is around five thousand companies, with prices moving every second the market is open. No backend panel can keep that current by hand. Live quotes have to come from a market-data feed that refreshes automatically, the same way Moneycontrol does it. So the manual panel and the live price data are two different systems, not one. That split is actually the design, not a compromise. The automated feed handles prices, volumes and day-changes for every listed stock. The backend panel you control is for the editorial layer on top, the curated lists, the news, the analysis and commentary, the parts that are genuinely yours to update. Trying to make one panel do both is what stalls a project like this. One thing that drives feasibility and cost more than the build itself: real-time NSE and BSE feeds are licensed and paid, with redistribution rules attached. End-of-day or delayed data is far cheaper. Which one you need changes both the budget and what's even legal to display. ? Two things to scope it. Do you need real-time prices, or is end-of-day or delayed data enough for your users? And do you already have a data feed or API in mind, or is sourcing that part of this?
