I’m building a product-style website for a housing company whose main purpose is to give visitors detailed, crystal-clear information about each home. The visual language must stay strictly minimalist, yet the experience has to feel rich and dynamic. Key experience 1: a live house configurator. As users change façades, flooring, interior finishes and more, the 3D preview and total price must update instantly. At checkout they receive a neat configuration summary plus a shareable link or unique ID so they can revisit or send it to our sales team. Key experience 2: an interactive 3D walkthrough powered by WebGL / [login to view URL] (or an equivalent you recommend). Prospective buyers need full freedom to navigate every room on desktop and mobile with smooth, high-performance rendering and no plugins. The entire site must be mobile-first, load fast, pass Core Web Vitals and push every enquiry or saved configuration straight into our lead-capture system/CRM.
