I’m building a legal-tech platform that lets clients create an account, securely upload case documents and then receive help from my team. To launch, I need an informational website plus companion mobile apps for both iOS and Android. On the mobile side, the core flow is simple but must be rock-solid: a smooth sign-up / log-in experience (email, Apple, Google or phone), followed by an encrypted document-upload screen that accepts PDFs and common image formats. When the file finishes uploading the user should see a confirmation state; for now no in-app messaging is required, but the architecture should leave room to add that module later. The public website will mirror the branding of the apps, outline our services and include a prominent “Upload your case” call-to-action that deep-links into the app stores. A lightweight CMS or markdown-based backend is fine so long as my team can edit copy without touching code. I’m agnostic on stack—React Native or Flutter for the apps and something like [login to view URL], Astro, or a clean WordPress build for the site are all acceptable—provided you can guarantee: • One codebase per platform compiled to native iOS and Android binaries • End-to-end encryption for files in transit and at rest • A small admin dashboard where we can view user accounts and download their uploads • Clean, responsive UI that meets basic WCAG accessibility guidelines Please outline your proposed toolchain, timeline, and any similar projects you’ve shipped.
