I run UT Outdoors, an outdoor-billboard company, and I need a clean, modern site that feels as intuitive and visually bold as TrailheadMedia.com. The entire experience should revolve around showcasing our current inventory, so the interactive map must be front-and-center. Core pages • Home – eye-catching hero, clear call-to-map • About Us – concise story, strong visuals of our boards in the field • Contact Us – simple form plus phone / email, all above the fold on mobile Map functionality (non-negotiable) • Search filters so visitors can pare results by market, size, face type, and availability • Clickable locations that pop open board details, photos, and a “Book This Board” button • Smooth interactive zoom and pan on desktop and mobile without third-party branding watermarks Design style Bold, full-width imagery and confident typography, but still lightning-fast. White space, crisp grids, and color accents that pull from our logo will keep it feeling premium and outdoorsy. Tech expectations Modern stack (WordPress, Webflow, or a lightweight React/Next build—open to whichever will keep maintenance simple). The map can leverage Google Maps or Mapbox, so long as load speeds stay tight and pin styling matches our brand palette. Hand-off deliverables • Fully functional website hosted on our domain • CMS access so we can upload new board details ourselves • Documentation or quick video walkthrough covering map edits and basic page updates If you’ve built anything similar—especially inventory maps—share links so I can explore them. Looking forward to seeing how you’ll bring UT Outdoors online. Core objective The site’s main job is to showcase every one of our billboard locations. Each location must open to its own page or modal that displays high-quality photos, a concise description (size, orientation, traffic count, lighting, etc.), and an interactive map pin so potential advertisers can see exactly where it sits. Fast loading and mobile responsiveness are non-negotiable because many of our prospects check sites from the road. Key features I’m expecting • A location directory that filters by market, highway, or board size • Google Maps (or similar) integration for an at-a-glance view of our entire inventory • Simple contact or “request availability” form tied to each board • CMS access so my team can add or edit locations, photos, and copy without touching code • SEO-ready structure, basic on-page optimisation, and analytics connected before hand-off would like to add drone video of each location Look & feel Utah scenery is part of our brand story, so large landscape imagery, earthy colour accents, and crisp typography will help it feel authentic. While I like Trailhead’s layout, I’m open to your creative input on making our version uniquely UT Outdoor. Please highlight your relevant experience with: • Building map-driven listing sites or inventory browsers • WordPress, Webflow, or comparable CMS solutions (tell me which you recommend and why) • Any outdoor advertising or real-estate portfolio work Timeline: I’d love to see first concepts within two weeks of kick-off and a go-live no later than six weeks after approval, but let me know if you foresee a different, realistic schedule based on your process. I’m looking forward to seeing how your experience can bring this project to life.
