Gym Web Application Development

I need a web application for my gym that allows members to enter and manage their data. The application should include a portal for members to input fitness tracking data and workout preferences. Basically, I created some code that I like the flow of everything. I am looking for someone to help with the back end of it when issues come up I can use them to help fix it or add features when needed. Also help figure out how to launch something like this.
