GoDaddy Packaging Workflow App

I already host my site on a standard GoDaddy cPanel account and I want a small web application there that lets me shepherd every order from “needs a box” all the way to “on the truck”. The flow is clear: • To_pack – orders land here automatically (I will upload or paste the order numbers). • Partially_pack – while I am still picking items I must be able to enter carton details. Four fixed carton sizes will be available; I simply tick the size and enter the quantity. • Packed_stage – once everything is boxed I need a quick way to reset or edit carton numbers before locking the stage. • Ready_to_dispatch – the moment I mark an invoice as done a webhook should fire, posting the invoice number to a URL I will give you. • Dispatch – two final flags: Partially Dispatch when only some cartons leave, and Full Dispatch when the lot is gone. Every label, invoice PDF or support file the system generates has to be written to a folder that sits outside the public_html root so it is not browsable; the PHP code (or your chosen language that runs on GoDaddy) will serve the file through authorised links only. A simple Bootstrap-style interface is fine; mobile friendliness would be a bonus. I just need the code, a quick installation on my GoDaddy account, and a short walkthrough so I can maintain it.
