Full-Featured Lottery Website Build

The idea is to build an online lottery platform from the ground up. At the core I need a secure user system that lets visitors create an account, verify their email or phone, and log in easily every time they come back. Ticket purchases must be processed through mobile banking. If the code structure is modular enough, I can later bolt on card, PayPal, or even crypto gateways, so keep extensibility in mind while you wire the payment layer. Past that, I expect: • A clean front end where players can pick or receive their numbers, see the jackpot, and track past draws. • An administration panel where I can schedule draws, publish results, manage users, and monitor payments/refunds. • Transparent, provably-fair draw logic—whether you use a server-side RNG, an external randomness API, or a blockchain-based verifier, document the approach clearly. Deliverables are a responsive website (desktop & mobile), full source code, and brief deployment notes so I can move everything to my own hosting when we launch. Tested, bug-free functionality around registration/login and the mobile banking gateway will serve as the main acceptance criteria.
