Fix PHP Mailer and File Loading Issue

My linux cwp panel webpage server hard drive crashed and I lost my website. I had to reload a fresh copy of cwp panel server and I restore my website files from a backup. I uploaded the files back to my new web server and now I can no longer send forms to my email like before. It's something to do with the assets/php/DotEnv.php. Everything was working before I had to reload the server and restored my webpage file to my public_html directory. I have verified PHP is installed and working. Also, two of my PHP files that are location in the public_html will not load unless I remove: <?php include 'assets/php/[login to view URL]'; (new DotEnv(__DIR__ . '/.env'))->load(); ?> from the very top the file, then it will load and display. I have made sure the assets/php/[login to view URL] does exist. I'm sure something is just different how it's been handle now than it was before. I need to give someone access to my CWP account to go in and fix this. This should be a very small job for someone that knows what to do.
