Develop a Custom Wordpress Theme

We are looking for a developer to create a lightweight custom WordPress block theme. The goal is to make it easy for me to quickly build local service websites with prebuilt sections I can reuse and rearrange. Requirements • WordPress block theme (fast, minimal, no page builder) • Clean, SEO-friendly code and mobile responsive • Global options, color and typography controls • Support for both full-width and default/wide content areas • Sticky elements: top bar, sticky header, and mobile bottom CTA button Sections/Patterns Needed (~10) • Two hero versions • Services grid with service cards (headings, text, image, bullet lists, buttons) • Highlight/Callout box (grey background text) • Proof points/features (3–4 quick highlights with checkmarks) • Why Us / Features list (bulletin point with label + description) • FAQ section (schema-ready) • Testimonials • Brands/Logos grid Deliverables • Installable theme ZIP with all sections as block patterns • Documentation on how to insert and reuse sections • Tested for speed, mobile responsiveness, and ease of use The theme should support dynamic content via shortcodes (e.g., [TOWN], [SERVICE], [PHONE]) so I can generate multiple service/location pages from a CSV.
