TBI. The parts that make this app tricky arent the login or the dashboards, its the field capture, GPS, geofencing and especially the offline mode. People punch in where signal is weak, so the app has to store the check in, selfie and location locally and sync it later cleanly, without duplicates or letting someone fake the location. Getting that reliable is where id focus, because thats what makes the attendance data trustworthy. Id build both portals on PHP and MySQL with a clean API. Employee side, check in and out with selfie and GPS, geofence alerts past 100m, task and break tracking, offline sync, and the leave and correction requests. Admin side, live monitoring, approvals, role based access, missed punch alerts, reporting, audit trails and digest emails.
