Duda Website Overhaul + Local SEO

Duda Website Overhaul + Local SEO (Builder – Central Coast + Northern Beaches) I run a residential building business and I have an existing website built on the Duda platform. The site is overdue for a full refresh. I want to keep the current structure where possible, but I need a complete overhaul of the design, user experience, content consistency, and on-page SEO so it looks modern, loads fast, ranks better in Google, and generates more enquiries. This job must be completed inside my Duda account. Scope / Deliverables 1) Website Design Refresh (Duda) Improve layout, spacing, typography and overall design Modern, clean “high-end builder” look Improve mobile responsiveness across all pages Strong calls-to-action (Call / Quote / Contact) throughout the site Improve trust signals (licence, insured, experience, etc.) 2) Content Cleanup + Updates Proofread and refine existing copy so it reads consistently and professionally Light copywriting where needed (builder/trade tone) Replace outdated images using photos I supply Ensure branding is consistent across all pages 3) On-Page SEO (All Pages) Page titles and meta descriptions Proper H1/H2 heading structure Image alt text Internal linking improvements Schema markup (LocalBusiness + Service schema) Local SEO best practices for a service business 4) Performance / Speed Improvements Improve load speed where possible in Duda Image optimisation Core Web Vitals improvements (best effort) 5) Local SEO Expansion (Important) Create 6–8 service pages (bathrooms, kitchens, decks, renovations, extensions, carpentry, etc.) Create 10–20 suburb pages targeting my service areas: Central Coast NSW Northern Beaches NSW (I will provide suburb list) Requirements Must have real experience working in Duda (widgets, collections, dynamic pages, site settings) Must be experienced with local SEO for trades / service businesses Must be comfortable working inside my Duda account (no external rebuilds) No agencies (freelancers only) Ownership / Access (Non-Negotiable) Work must be done inside my Duda account I keep full admin access at all times You must not hold or control any domains, logins, hosting, or assets Verification / Hiring Process (Important) To ensure I hire the right person, I will be verifying all applicants. Please include 2–3 live website links you have worked on (not screenshots) In your application, clearly explain what you personally did on each site (design, SEO, speed, structure, etc.) I will be contacting the businesses to confirm you actually worked on their website and to ask whether the results were good You may be asked to provide a screenshot of your Duda dashboard/editor to confirm experience How We’ll Work I will provide editor access inside Duda I can provide a quick video walkthrough of the current site Feedback will be given via written notes + screenshots Milestones will be agreed before starting Final Deliverable A published Duda website that: looks modern and professional loads fast ranks better in Google for local builder keywords generates more qualified enquiries
