HTML Transformation of Existing Company Logo

I am looking for a designer to transform my existing company logo into an html design for easy integration into multiple user’s outlook. Currently it is all contained as an image. Key Requirements: 1. Remove the text on the left hand side from the current logo image, leaving the rest of image intact - so name, title and general office info txt needs be removed from inside the current logo image and added as txt on top of the image inside an html file - currently in the logo, only the word “Regards” is txt and the rest of the words are inside the image. 2. I will attach the logo image. 3. The html logo will be used for different users’ needs and created using the [login to view URL] (html) file (which I have but needs to be tidied up) and modified to do my request as per point1 above. We will then use a script to install the logo for staff from the html file. 4. Text to use Aptos font - sizes and spaces for the logo needs to be similar to what is shown in the current image. The word “Regards” and other email txt will be size Aptos size 11. 5. Image also needs to be translucent- meaning it can be viewed perfectly on any colour background whether the email background is white, black or any other colour. 6. Likewise so will text – so txt will be black when on a white email background and white on a black email background for example taking Outlooks default settings. If you think this is something you can do, then please send me a comprehensive plan of what you will do to achieve my goals, as well as how it will be rolled out and delivered. Without a clear and coherent plan you will not be considered.
