Comprehensive WordPress Collaboration

My WordPress site runs on a custom-built theme and requires immediate attention to keep pace with ongoing business needs. The next collaborator will dive straight into three core areas—design tweaks, fresh content, and plugin care—so the site stays sharp, secure, and up to date. Key deliverables • Design & customization: refine layouts, adjust CSS/JS, and ensure visual consistency across devices. • Content creation & updates: draft or format new pages/posts, optimize media, and keep copy aligned with brand tone. • Plugin installation & management: research, install, configure, and periodically audit plugins for performance and security. Everything is time-sensitive, so the first milestone will focus on the most visible design fixes and any critical plugin updates. From there, we will move into weekly sprints for ongoing content additions and incremental design improvements. Familiarity with child-theme best practices, Gutenberg blocks, and common performance tools (e.g., WP-CLI, Query Monitor, caching plugins) will make collaboration seamless. Please be ready to start right away; the sooner the initial fixes go live, the better.
