Web App Data Manager

Build a PT (personal trainer) session tracker web app for my gym, intended to run smoothly on tablets. The app should have three user roles (admin, manager, trainer) with role-based dashboards and permissions. No financial, pricing, or payment features are needed, as those are handled externally. App Requirements: • Support touch-friendly (tablet-first) design for all main user workflows. • Manage PT packages: Silver and Gold options, each with selectable session counts: 12 (1 month), 36 (3 months), 72 (6 months), 144 (1 year). Couple PT packages are also needed, with 1.5x the sessions of standard packages. Package details are configurable, but prices are not needed. • Trainers can add new clients, assign them a PT package and start date, then “punch in” PT sessions before each workout. The app should automatically track each client’s session progress (e.g., 2/12). • When a trainer attempts to record sessions beyond the purchased package or outside the valid date range, the app should prevent this and display a warning. • Admins and managers can view reports: • See all sessions given by any or all trainers per day or date range. • See all sessions attributed to a specific trainer. • View session history (dates) for individual clients. • List remaining (pending) sessions for each client and each trainer. • Enable CRUD (create, read, update, delete) for clients and packages by admin/managers. Trainers can only manage their own clients and session records. • When not in active use, the app should have a public display mode that shows current sessions in progress and all sessions completed today, optimized for visibility on a tablet or TV in reception. • Allow exporting of reports as CSV. • Exclude all money/pricing/payment features.
