Restaurant Chain Process Automation

I operate several restaurants and all of our stock counts and table bookings are still being handled with spreadsheets and phone calls. I now need a streamlined, fully digital workflow that covers two critical areas: • Inventory management – real-time tracking of stock levels, automated supplier re-orders, low-level alerts and basic cost reporting. • Customer reservations – a centralised booking calendar that lets guests secure a table online, sends confirmations, and prevents double-booking across locations. Because we have no legacy platform in place, you’re free to recommend the stack that fits best—whether that’s a bespoke web application, a SaaS tool customised with APIs, or a hybrid approach. Whatever you choose must run smoothly on standard desktop browsers as well as on iOS and Android smartphones; staff will use office PCs while managers often work from their phones. Deliverables I expect: - A responsive, secure system covering the two modules above - Simple admin dashboard with role-based access, analytics and CSV export - Clear documentation and a brief training session so the team can take over day-to-day use - Source code and configuration files handed over on completion I’ll sign off once the live system correctly syncs inventory across all locations, allows customers to make and modify bookings without staff intervention, and both modules load error-free on desktop and mobile.
