Vue.js / Vuetify Developer Needed. Fix and Complete Working Web App

I am building a White Labelled Web App based on Vue.JS and Vuetify to which most of the work was done and I was left with the code up to this point. The previous developer is no longer available and I need a Vue.JS and Vuetify EXPERT to help complete the Web App (a client app based on API Data) and to ensure that it is 100% Mobile Responsive and Looks Perfect for both Mobile, Tablet and Desktop devices.
The web app reacts to API calls, and does not talk to any database directly.
A Virtual Meeting is necessary so that I can quickly describe the project and the work needed to be done and set milestones and expectations.
English is the Language to be used.
Timeline: 2 weeks to complete all areas in the web app as mentioned in the documentation provided.
Attached: A Word document that describes the work needed to be done and PPT Slides to show how the expected web app should look and in some cases, for mobile.
