HR Portal A secure platform that streamlines applicant vetting and compliance. Employers post job openings; candidates apply by submitting detailed forms and documents. A screening officer validates data against British Standards, manages third-party checks, and facilitates digital employment documentation, ensuring end-to-end compliance and transparency. 2. Buyer & Supplier Management Portal A B2B platform designed to enhance supplier governance and collaboration. It includes buyer/supplier registration, document and task management, training and certification tracking, and a flexible online form builder. Membership management supports scalable user engagement and operational efficiency. Project Scope We are seeking a software house to provide comprehensive support and development services for our platforms. This includes: • Ongoing support, monitoring, and issue resolution. • Bug fixes and enhancements to existing functionality. • Development and deployment of new features. It may involve mobile application development in future as well. • Availability during UK working hours to align with our operations. The selected vendor will be responsible for assigning and managing appropriate resource(s) to handle workload effectively. Key Responsibilities • Maintain, support, and enhance backend functionality (Laravel). • Develop and extend dynamic front-end components (Vue.js, Vue 2). • Ensure robust exception handling and monitoring capabilities. • Provide timely fixes for issues affecting live platforms. • Collaborate closely with our internal team to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions. Requirements • Proven track record in supporting and maintaining live Laravel & Vue.js platforms. • Ability to provide dedicated resources managed by your own team. • Strong knowledge of REST API development and message queuing (RabbitMQ or similar). • Demonstrated capability in delivering projects aligned with UK time zones. • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
