hello there i was wondering if you could please help me out on a project- here are the requirements, thanks you.
1. voip providers management (SIP trunks) that can be assign in sharing or dedicate per each client
2. price list for various destinations(you can add destinations using regex expressions)
3. voice campaign (parameters: start date, end date, start hour, and hour, type(IVR or file audio), voice provider, contact list,..)
4. contact list - list of phone numbers to call, you can import it from excel
5. audio files - upload an audio file
6. IVR - create an interactive voice response to get the feedback from clients(example: press one if you want to be contacted by an operator or 2 if you don't want to be called again)
7. Black List
9. Statistics - answered, failed, feedbacks(witch client pressed 1, witch 2,..)
10. Exports in pdf,excel, csv

2. 1) Clients access software through web based solution with interface
2) Clients upload list of phone numbers (csv file) must be able to scrub against (dnc list)= do not call list (this must be an option not a requirement)
3) Clients should have the option if the call goes to voicemail they should be able if they want to leave the recorded message in their voicemail
4) Clients record a message that they want to recipients to hear (list of phone numbers uploaded in step 1) wav, mp3, plus voice to text
5) Clients set a date and time (pacific, mountain, central, eastern, etc) for which they want the campaign to run
6) One the campaign is running, when the call is connected to the receiver, once the receiver listens to message the receiver has an option to press 1 to be connected to the number the SENDER chooses to have it connected to. Or either can press 9 to be removed from the list.
7) After campaign runs clients should received customized report of the number of connected calls, voicemails, wrong number, no answer, etc)
calls should NOT be made simultaneously but at a rate of 1000 dials a minute.
