IVR Recording required from an Indian Voice

Hello,

We have a requirement for an IVR recording by an Indian female voice.

The IVR will be approximately 1 - 1.5 mins long.

We will need it in mp3 format with a nice soothing music piece playing in the background.

Our budget is around $20.

I would request all interested females to send across at least one voice sample alongwith your quotation for this task.
