Each video should feel like a friendly kitchen companion: measured pacing, close-up shots of techniques and spices, on-screen ingredient lists, and a concise voice-over that guides beginners without rushing them. Here’s what I need from you: • Full production of HD (or better) videos covering one main-course recipe per file—from prepping aromatics to plating the final dish. • Clean edits that keep the natural cooking rhythm; no fast-paced montage cuts. • Well-balanced audio, light color correction, and subtle background music where it won’t distract from instructions. I haven’t locked the regional focus yet, so feel free to propose iconic North or South Indian favourites—or even a fusion idea—so long as the flavours and methods stay true to tradition. When the viewer finishes each lesson, they should be confident they can recreate the dish exactly as shown.
