English-Indonesian Movie Dubbing QA / QA Dubbing Expert

We are looking for experienced Indonesian Dubbing QA Specialists / Reviewers to help evaluate and refine AI-powered dubbing output for serialized video content translated from English into Indonesian. This role focuses on final linguistic and performance QA after the dubbing adaptation process has gone through 1–2 review loops. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong understanding of natural Indonesian dialogue, cultural nuance, spoken rhythm, and dubbing performance quality. We are looking for professionals who can identify unnatural phrasing, inconsistent tone, awkward delivery, or performance issues from the perspective of a real Indonesian audience. Responsibilities: • Perform final review and QA of ready dubbing versions after 1–2 revision loops • Evaluate dialogue for naturalness, fluency, tone, pacing, and emotional authenticity in Indonesian • Ensure the final version sounds culturally and linguistically natural for an Indonesian audience • Flag unnatural phrasing, inconsistent delivery, awkward rhythm, or localization issues • Review overall dubbing quality from both linguistic and performance perspectives • Provide clear and actionable feedback to the localization and dubbing teams • Help maintain consistency and quality across episodes and projects Requirements: • Native-level Indonesian speaker • Must currently live in Indonesia or have extensive experience living in Indonesia • Strong understanding of Indonesian conversational phrasing, slang, and cultural nuance • Proven QA or review experience in dubbing, audiovisual localization, ADR, voice production, or related fields • Excellent ear for spoken dialogue, tone, rhythm, and performance authenticity • Strong attention to detail and consistency • Ability to provide high-level linguistic and performance feedback Nice to Have: • English language proficiency • Background as a dubbing director, dubbing QA specialist, actor, or voice/performance reviewer • Experience working with AI dubbing workflows • Familiarity with dubbing studio environments and audiovisual localization pipelines Note: This role does not require technical dubbing studio skills or software expertise.
