3D Visualisation of a Housing Complex - 40 flats year 2001 built - .dwg blueprints and photos on hand.

I do search someone who will use all available .dwg and real live photos to combine / transform them to a modern realistic 3D Visualisation of a housing complex.

4+2 similar houses with 4 different flat styles.

5.483m2 piece of land and garden, 44 cars underground garage, 2978m2 living area.

To get some well designed: „sales pictures and plans“ of outside, inside + some flat and housing details.

A possible „3D tour“-file as extra. (for example „BMIx ArchiCAD“ because easy access with iOS or Android phones. for potential buyers. other iOS or Android apps also welcome.)

It should stay as real as possible.

+ little pimping the interior with furniture and indoor plants. But keeping all the windows, doors, ports, etc real.

+ infos as garage numbers, roomsizes, etc. projected into the illustrations.

No structural or building plans needed. Just good (and 95% real) visualisations for the sales process. As also as base for various expert assessments.

Timeframe: around 1 month

around 8 plans from each level and cross section with measurements. Similar as the dwg files – but good looking pdf. Clear layers, better colors etc.

40 single flat plans from “Top Number”:

1/1, 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, 1/5, 1/6, 1/7, 1/8

2/1, 2/2, 2/3, 2/4

3/1, 3/2, 3/3, 3/4, 3/5, 3/6, 3/7, 3/8

4/1, 4/2, 4/3, 4/4

Each flat in a:

clear 2D plan from top .pdf and .jpg

3D bird-view plan empty .pdf and .jpg

3D bird-view plan with furniture .pdf and .jpg

Around 10 outside and 10 inside renderings – one total pdf + each as .jpg

A “walkable” 3D file – via mobilephone app or via weblink would be also great!

Number of files around 3 per flat = 140 + 10 inside + 10 outside = ca. 160

Some further ideas will come and so please send me also your lowest possible hour rate. For ongoing tasks as changing: colors, walls and room sizes or some furnishing schemes.

I do finish within 2021 also two houses and need also a holiday fishing lodge with a lot of nature in the size of 5.000m² with water and river... rendering. 3 projects there and hopefully more to come! :)

About my person:

I‘m 32 y/o and an ex design engineer (motorcycles and agricultural machineries) as also real estate specialist.

I would like to discuss my personal acquired project mainly on the phone. whatsapp call for example. The project building is 1min away from my home location. So everything can be video recorded or measured for staying close to the reality.
