this should be done with visual basic 6 only not vb.net
I need vb6 forms to manipulate employees informations
the A file has 2 columns ( Name , govno - no duplicates - )
1st form will import the excel (A) which has ( 2 ) columns into the access database , this database is online , after importing is done, a pop-up will ask for 3 informations ( number , date , branch ) each one is the same for all rows , but it will be entered into new 3 columns .
after that , a new information ( old Branch ) for each row will be entered manually using datagrid view , ,
and exporting the file into new excel workbook (should be UTF-8 support) and the empty cell with this (old branch) column should be filled with text ( ok) ., now the file has 6 informations (columns ) , it gets exported into new excel workbook with name ( date + ityman )
the exported file (2nd form )
should be imported into the 2nd form , and should auto - add two new information called ( salary , IBAN ) using one of the columns that are available in another table in the database called (salaryrdba) which has the govno ( employee number ) related with salary ( employee salary ) related with (IBAN ) with the same row i mean .
also adds information for each employee
and export it into new excel workbook with name ( date + mastercard )
should import the 2nd excel file of the form 2 .
and filter the excel file using the column (old branch ) , if the text is (ok) then export it into excel file with name ( old branch + date + maneh ) , and if the text is else thing , then export it into excel file with name ( new maneh + date )
the 4th form
imports the 3nd file ( new maneh + date ) and , has some conditions based on the salary of each employee , this is new information but it is limited called ( selfa ) ,for example ( if the salary from 300 $ - 500 $ , add 4000000 number for each one with this condition ) ,we will have only like 7 conditions , if no condition met with the row information should fill the cell with text ( Bad salary ) .
and filter the excel file using the column ( selfa ) , if the text is (Bad Salary ) then export it into excel file with name ( Bad salary + date + maneh ) , and if the text is else thing , then export it into excel file with name ( final + date )
the 5th form ( check form )
it imports the final excel and checks the IBAN col. relating to a table called (old_maneh) , if no duplicates found then export it with total sum at the end of the column ( selfa ) and add these information each time we use this form into the table ( old maneh ) .
but if duplicated found should be exported to another file and deleted from the file .
i will have more upgrades for it later , this should be done within 2 days .
